PHASE 1 – PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION(ONLINE TEST)

It will consist of Multiple Choice Questions .

No. of questions 100  Time: 2 hours, Marks: 100

  • The Negotiable Instruments Act,1881
  • The Chhattisgarh Excise Act,1915

PHASE 2 – MAINS EXAMINATION

Time: 3 hours, Marks:100

  1. The Framing of Issues & Writing of Judgment in Civil Cases. –MM-40
  2. The Framing of Charges & Writing of Judgment in Criminal Case. –MM-40
  3. Translation:
    1. English to Hindi. –MM-10
    2. Hindi to English. –MM-10

PHASE 3 – INTERVIEW

Having regard to the number of vacancies relatively more meritorious candidates from among those who appeared in the main examination shall be called in the ratio of 1:3 for the interview. The maximum marks for the interview would be 15Marks
